Buffalo Plaid Gnome Christmas Dish-Drying Mat

The counter takes a beating in December. Cover it.

Between the roasting pans, the cookie sheets, and the endless glasses, the counter beside the sink works overtime all month. This mat soaks it all up, and does it in buffalo plaid with a gnome on it, so the least glamorous corner of the kitchen gets in on the holidays too.

What it does

• Thick absorbent top layer that holds water instead of pushing it around the counter
• Quick-drying construction, so it isn't damp and sour by the next morning
• Non-slip backing that keeps it flat against granite, quartz, or laminate
• Machine washable and it folds down small for storage
• Doubles as a protective landing pad for hot pans coming out of the oven

Styling tip

Match it with plaid hand towels on the oven door for a kitchen that looks coordinated instead of accidental.
